John came to our house, not to quote, but to look through our existing quotes and give us feedback. He was recommended by a mutual friend and said he would be happy to do this. During the course of the discussion about the existing quotes, I asked him if he would quote for us as I immediately found him to be forthright and honest. He quoted for us and the work was done within two weeks. His installer, Tien was great and left us plenty of information as well as making himself available for any future queries.
